Dampen hair and apply mask liberally to the scalp and work through to the ends of the hair.

Massage the product into scalp and hair, and then wrap the hair in a hot towel to facilitate absorption of the treatment.

Leave on for 10-20 minutes, or up to an hour if you have time. Shampoo to remove.
